Q4. What type of vehicles do you repair?
We repair 90's model and later foreign and domestic cars, pick-ups, vans, SUV and trucks.  Some older and/or specialty vehicles may be not be repaired.  Call us or
click here to request more information.

Q5. Do you provide a rental car while my vehicle is being repaired?
We will be very happy to assist you in finding a rental car, while your vehicle is under repair.  We have special arrangements with some rental companies. However, we do not operate a "loaner vehicle" plan, or pay for your rental car.  Call us or click here to request more information.

Q6. How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
Repair times vary from vehicle to vehicle.  Generally, an estimate is written and parts are ordered before your vehicle arrives at the shop.  Upon drop-off vehicles with parts and insurance clearance are started as soon as possible.  Disassembly will show any unseen damage.  This "hidden" damage is handled as a supplement-the insurance company and owner are contacted for approval before work begins.  After the body work is completed, painting begins, followed by reassembly and, if necessary, road testing.  Finally, the vehicle is cleaned and detailed in-house before it is returned to its owner.

Q7. Do you waive deductibles?
Deductibles cannot be waived.  To waive a deductible means to prepare an estimate charging for work not performed on the vehicle.  That is NEVER done at Gamboa's!

Q8. Do you guarantee your work?
Gamboa's guarantees all repairs for workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.
